I'm ill. Please have some understanding that I may not be able to do everything today.

Begin with Exercise 6E on page 14.
I'll dictate on the letters p & v.
Then we'll do some work with WORD.

Follow these rules for the letter

Rules for the Personal Business Letter

-QS stands for quadruple space. It means three blank lines before you type again.
-DS stands for double space. It means one blank line before you type again.
-The red arrow means a 2 inch top margin
-After Dear Julie put a colon:
-After Sincerely put a comma,
-Type it in the font TIMES NEW ROMAN, size 12
-Don’t hit at the end of lines, just keep typing!!!!
-INSERT the date, don’t type it.
-Put two spaces between the state and the ZIP code
-Spell check!!!
-The last thing you do is put your reference initials: the first letter of your first and last name, lower case (jh for me)
-Keep your letter to one page
